30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee Return Policy*

  • You may return unused, uninstalled, and resalable merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date, unless specified otherwise on the product page or below:
    • Notify us of your intent to return within 30 days of the delivery date.
    • A 20% restocking fee applies.
    • This return policy also covers cancellations after an item has been shipped or refused delivery.
    • Refunds will be issued for the product price minus any applicable fees and charges.
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products eligible for parts under the manufacturer's warranty.
  • Products with open original packaging.
  • Products removed from their original packaging.

General Return Requirements

  • Items must be in resalable condition.
  • Free from scratches and defects.
  • Must not have been installed.
  • Must be in the original manufacturer's packaging and free of any markings.
  • Must not be missing any pieces.

  • Change of mind.
  • Ordered by mistake.
  • Found a better price.
  • Product size does not fit (verify size before ordering).

Defective Return Requirements

  • The item is defective and unusable for its intended purpose.
  • Incorrect item received.
  • The item does not match the description.
  • Item arrived damaged.

Defective Return Process

  • If the item is damaged during shipping and noticed upon delivery, do not accept the item.
  • For concealed damages found within 48 hours, take pictures and contact customer service immediately. Carriers allow only two business days to file a freight claim.

Refund Process

  • We process refunds within four days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Expect the refund to be issued within 10-15 business days after processing.
    • For general returns, a 20% restocking fee applies (30% for Canada), meaning you will receive 80% of the refund amount.
    • For defective returns, we cover return shipping costs, and a full refund will be issued.

  • Contact within 30 days of shipment for returns, with items in sellable condition.
  • Shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee apply.
  • No refunds for altered, custom, special-order, or installed items.

  • Return brand new and uninstalled items within 20 days of delivery.
  • 15% restocking fee applies.
  • Customer pays shipping costs.

Cambridge Plumbing

  • Return items in like-new condition within 30 days.
  • Non-returnable items include custom work, installed items, and special orders.
  • 20% restocking fee and shipping charges apply for returns.
  • Inspect large deliveries immediately for damage.

  • Cancel orders before shipping at no cost.
  • Return non-custom items within 30 days in original condition.
  • 25% restocking fee and shipping costs apply for returns.

  • Return goods in resalable condition with a 20% restocking fee.
  • Returns must be authorized and shipped prepaid.
  • No returns after 180 days.

 Shipping Policy:

  • Free shipping in the U.S. (excluding Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico).
  • Shipping fees apply for Canada orders.
  • Small items: USPS, UPS, FedEx (5-7 business days in the U.S., 10-15 business days in Canada).
  • Large items: LTL freight (7-14 business days in the U.S., 10-15 business days in Canada).

Damages

  • Inspect all items upon delivery and report any damage immediately.
  • Process damage claims with the shipping company or manufacturer promptly.
